How can you make benchmarks more accurate and useful?

Your Benchmarks data is at its most useful when it's up to date. Your comparison group data is updated every month, so to see the most accurate comparisons, it’s useful if your data reflects your current position.

To display data for each Benchmark, your data needs to be complete e.g. providing a start date for each staff member, a pay rate for each staff member.

Benchmarks are of great value to the managers in your organisation. If you’re not a manager, it would be a good idea to show them the Benchmarks area.
