How do I set training as mandatory for staff?
To set training as mandatory:
- Click on the Training and qualifications link
- Click the Add and manage mandatory training categories link
- Click the Add a mandatory training category button
- Select the training category that you want to make mandatory
- Click the Continue button
- Select which job roles need this training
- Click the Continue button
- If you chose the all job roles option, the training category will now be madatory for everybody in your workplace
- If you chose the only selected job roles option, select the job roles that need this training and then click the Save mandatory training button
