A parent workplace can have 3 edit users and 10 read only users.
A standalone workplace can have 3 edit users and 3 read only users.
Edit users
An edit user can edit all the data within their own account. If you have a parent account and own your other workplaces’ data, you’ll also be able to edit that data too.
One edit user on your account will need to be the primary user. The primary user will receive emails from Skills for Care, which could be reminders or more targeted emails.
Read only users
A user can be set to have read only access. This will allow them to view a limited amount of data. They will not have access to staff records.
