How to make the most of your ASC-WDS account?

How to make the most of your ASC-WDS account?

ASC-WDS provides tools and benefits for your organisation.

Training and qualifications

You can record all of your staff’s training and qualifications and store certificates. Set different types of training as being mandatory and get alerts when training is due to expire and when mandatory training is missing. Downloadable training reports can be used as evidence for CQC, with your local authority or in staff one to ones.

Benchmarks

Use ASC-WDS to help inform your decisions. Compare your workplace to similar workplaces in your local area on pay and staff retention.

Access funding for training

An up-to-date ASC-WDS account gives you access to funding from the Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme.

Benefits Bundle

The benefits bundle is our way of saying thank you to all of the providers who use ASC-WDS. It contains special offers and discounts on products and services from Skills for Care and our endorsed providers.

Share your data with CQC

If your main service is regulated by the CQC, you can choose to share some of your data with them. They use the information to help them monitor services and it can save you time when filling out your PIR and during inspection.
