Who should I share Benchmarks information with?

Benchmarks information provides real insight into what other local care providers pay their staff and how they are doing in terms of recruiting and retaining staff.

You can give different roles in your workplace viewing rights in ASC-WDS by adding them as a read only user. Roles that would find Benchmarks useful are Registered Managers, HR managers, Operations Managers, Directors and Nominated Individuals.
