When you add training courses into ASC-WDS you are creating a list of
training courses that the people in your workplace take. 

Then, when you add a training record, you can select a course and the details of that course will automatically populate for you. The record will:

• take the name of the training course
• say whether the training is accredited
• include the delivery method and provider details (if applicable)
• display how long the training is valid for

This will save you time and make your training records more consistent.
