How do I add training and qualification records?

Add a training record

To add a training record:

  1. Click on the Training and qualifications link
  2. Click on the name or ID number of the person you want to add a training record for
  3. Click the Add a training record button

If you’ve added training courses:

  1. Either select the Continue without selecting a training course option or select a training course
  2. Click the Continue button

If you selected the Continue without selecting a training course option:

  1. Select the category that best matches the training taken and then click the Continue button
  2. Complete the details of the training record that you want to add and then click the Save training record button

If you selected a training course:

  1. Complete the details of the training record that you want to add and then click the Save training record button

If you’ve not added any training courses:

  1. Select the category that best matches the training taken and then click the Continue button
  2. Complete the details of the training record that you want to add and then click the Save training record button

Add a qualification record

To add a qualification record:

  1. Click on the Training and qualifications link
  2. Click on the name or ID number of the person you want to add a qualification record for
  3. Click the Add a qualification record button
  4. Select the type of qualification you want to add and then click the Continue button
  5. Complete the details of the qualification record you want to add and then click the Save qualification record button
