What staff record data will I need to add?
Where applicable, you’ll need to add:
- their name or ID number
- their contract type
- their main job role
- their date of birth
- their National Insurance number
- their home postcode
- their gender identity
- whether they have a disability
- heir ethnicity
- their nationality
- whether they have British citizenship
- their country of birth
- the year they arrived in the UK
- whether they’re working on a Health and Care Worker visa
- whether they were employed from outside the UK
- the date they started in their main job role
- their Nursing and Midwifery Council category
- the nursing specialisms they use in their current role
- where they were recruited from
- the year they started working in adult social care
- whether they carry out delegated healthcare activities
- the number of days sickness they've taken in the last 12 months
- whether they have a zero hours contract
- how many hours they're contracted to work each week
- their hourly pay or annual salary
- whether they’ve started or completed their Care Certificate
- whether they’ve started or completed their Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate
- whether they’re doing apprenticeship training
- whether they have a social care qualification and what the highest level is if they do
- whether they have qualifications not relevant to social care and what the highest level is if they do
- where they are currently on the care workforce pathway if applicable
