Why is the starters, leavers and vacancies data so important?

All of your data is meaningful and important to us. But we know that recruitment is a particular challenge for care providers and turnover can often be high. This data is most likely to change regularly at your organisation as staff join or leave more frequently. 

This data also provides some of the most important insights from a national workforce planning and policy making perspective. Being able to provide sector stakeholders with trends on workforce supply and demand on a monthly basis means we can show issues or improvements in real time. This means that there’s less delay between gathering evidence and taking action.
