What's the difference between rank and position?
Rank shows you where you sit within your comparison group
along with a notional RAG rating (red, amber, green).
Position shows you where you sit within your
comparison group but also provides additional information on the full range of
pay rates, staff vacancy rates, etc. For example you could see that paying 10p
more per hour would move you into the higher payers locally.
